Both Gina and Tina are passionate, caring, and efficient professionals. Gina is just THE BEST! Period. I am a first time home buyer with not much knowledge about the home buying process. Thanks to Gina, the entire process was smooth and flawless, with minimum stress. Gina helped on every step: scheduling tours at convenient times, negotiating prices, finding information about the property, home inspection, shopping for mortgage and home insurance, etc. The home we wanted to buy had a problem with one CO. The attorneys could not resolve this problem for two weeks, going back and forth with the argument if CO is actually needed or not... Finally, Gina stepped in and resolved the problem just it two days. It turned out that it was just a minor problem: a structure was not included into the original CO just by mistake. Gina is honest and pleasant person. If you work with her, you will not feel any pressure from her side at all. Her goal is to help you find home you love. We just bought our second house last year. And I found Gina while just looking for homes on Zillow. I entered my info and she called me and we were immediately connected. Since it was our second home, we had many specifications and she was absolutely diligent to ensure that every house we saw had at least 9 or 8 out of 10 of those specifications we asked for. This was evidently extremely difficult to do as We we’re extremely demanding - we wanted a swimming pool, a colonial home with a first floor guest suite, a full basement finished, bigger rooms and the list went on...And it was Gina who ensured we get 10 out of 10 of those specifications. It was then through now, even after a year of the purchase of my house now, I can still lean on to Gina whether it is a need for a trustworthy electrician, a landscaper, a plumber and she would immediately respond with a positive response. Gina has been absolutely instrumental, extremely trustworthy, no imposition- just love her, very professional but very familial. During the whole process we went through a huge family emergency and she stood by us, very patiently and worked with us genuinely. It was and is an absolute pleasure to work with her.
